Aménagiste 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Examiner et analyser les études, projets et dossiers liés à l'aménagement du territoire
  • Piloter et coordonner les études de base ainsi que les mandats confiés à des partenaires externes
  • Assurer la conduite de projets et la coordination avec les différents intervenants, notamment les urbanistes et les autorités concernées
  • Gérer des projets ayant une influence significative sur l'organisation et le développement du territoire
  • Participer aux démarches de qualité, de controlling et d'observation territoriale afin d'évaluer les impacts spatiaux des projets
  • Rédiger les préavis, rapports, décisions et correspondances nécessaires au traitement des dossiers
  • Veiller à la conformité des projets avec les exigences légales et les orientations stratégiques du territoire

Profil

  • Diplôme universitaire en géographie, ingénierie, architecture ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de l'aménagement du territoire ainsi qu'au sein d'une administration publique suisse
  • Solides compétences en analyse, conception et gestion
  • Maîtrise du français et bonnes connaissances de l'allemand
  • Capacité à collaborer de manière interdisciplinaire et à travailler de façon autonome
  • Connaissances techniques approfondies dans le domaine de l'aménagement du territoire
  • Excellente maîtrise des bases légales fédérales et cantonales en matière d'aménagement du territoire et de protection de l'environnement
