  • Projets variés dans le développement logiciel agile - en mandat direct chez le client ou dans des projets ti&m que nous réalisons de bout en bout pour nos clients
  • Prise en charge de différents rôles dans le contexte du projet tels qu'analyste d'affaires, ingénieur des exigences ou product owner - selon la phase, le contexte et les points forts
  • Analyse des processus métier existants, élaboration de concepts viables ainsi qu'accompagnement de la mise en œuvre dans des équipes interdisciplinaires
  • Collaboration étroite avec les clients, les ingénieurs, les designers UX et d'autres parties prenantes pour concevoir des solutions fonctionnelles et viables
  • Un environnement de travail inspirant qui vous laisse beaucoup de marge de manœuvre, favorise l'initiative personnelle et soutient activement votre développement

Ce que vous apportez

  • Expérience de plusieurs années (3+ ans) en tant qu'analyste d'affaires, ingénieur des exigences ou product owner dans le développement logiciel
  • Maîtrise des méthodes courantes en ingénierie des exigences et en gestion de projet agile (par ex. Scrum) - idéalement complétée par des certifications pertinentes (IREB, Scrum, OCEB2 ou similaires)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication ainsi qu'une présentation assurée et structurée face aux clients et aux équipes de développement
  • Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine technique ou économique (FH/Uni/ETH)
  • Disponibilité pour travailler sur site chez des clients en Suisse
  • Très bonnes connaissances orales et écrites en allemand et en anglais
  • De préférence : expérience avec des outils modernes d'analyse et de recherche assistés par IA tels que Claude AI, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot ou similaires
