Nous recherchons pour une prestigieuse manufacture horlogère basée à Genève plusieurs Animateurs Qualité (H/F).

Au sein du département production, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le suivi et l'amélioration de la qualité des composants fabriqués. Véritable référent sur le terrain, vous accompagnerez les équipes afin de garantir le respect des exigences qualité tout au long du processus de production.

Animateur Qualité

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Veiller à l'application des standards qualité au sein de votre périmètre.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans l'utilisation des procédures et méthodes de contrôle.
  • Identifier les écarts qualité et assurer la transmission des informations aux interlocuteurs concernés.
  • Réaliser des contrôles réguliers ainsi que des audits de postes afin de garantir le respect des bonnes pratiques.
  • Participer à la validation des critères esthétiques des composants horlogers.
  • Assurer le suivi et l'analyse des indicateurs qualité et proposer des actions correctives lorsque nécessaire.
  • Animer les points qualité et contribuer au partage des bonnes pratiques auprès des équipes.
  • Former et soutenir les collaborateurs sur les aspects liés au contrôle qualité.
  • Être force de proposition dans les démarches d'amélioration continue.

Votre profil :

  • Expérience significative dans le domaine de la qualité en environnement industriel.
  • Formation complémentaire ou certification qualité appréciée.
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans les secteurs de la mécanique de précision, micromécanique ou horlogerie.
  • Bonne maîtrise du contrôle visuel et des outils qualité.
  • Excellentes connaissances en lecture de plans techniques.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et le traitement des données.
  • Bon relationnel, esprit d'équipe et capacité à fédérer les collaborateurs autour des objectifs qualité.
  • Rigueur, sens de l'analyse et aptitude à prendre des décisions.
