Poste à repourvoir dans le cadre d'un remplacement d'une durée d'un an, du 1er janvier 2027 au 31 décembre 2027.

Service : Service de l'animation socioculturelle

Activités : Participer en équipe à l'élaboration et au déploiement de l'offre socioculturelle en ville du Locle en menant des actions favorisant le vivre ensemble et la participation citoyenne en lien avec la jeunesse: - En animant des temps d’accueils libres pour préadolescent·e·s et adolescent·e·s et en les accompagnant dans leurs envies, projets, besoins et leurs demandes. - En animant des ateliers enfants et préadolescent·e·s. - En soutenant des jeunes adultes dans leurs démarches associatives. - En conceptualisant et en coordonnant des événements. - En développant des partenariats. Contribuer activement aux réflexions en équipe pour adapter et enrichir l’offre en fonction de l’évolution des besoins. Participer à la formation des étudiant·e·s. Contribuer à la conception, à la mise en œuvre et l’évaluation de projets d’animation socioculturelle. Assurer, en collaboration avec l'équipe, les tâches administratives et logistiques nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du centre.

Profil souhaité : Diplôme d'animateur·trice socioculturel·le HES ou titre jugé équivalent. 1 an d'expérience minimum dans le domaine de la jeunesse. Aisance avec les adolescent·e·s. Dynamisme, bonne capacité à instaurer une ambiance conviviale Proactivité. Aptitude au travail en équipe et en lien avec l’environnement local. Capacité à concevoir et à mettre en œuvre des projets d’animation et des projets événementiels. Savoir proposer des activités favorisant l’émancipation des jeunes et leur implication dans la vie de leur ville. Casier judiciaire vierge.
