Votre mission

Pour le compte d-une prestigieuse manufacture horlogère basée à Genève, nous recrutons une Animatrice Qualité (H/F) afin de renforcer les équipes en place. Votre mission Rattaché(e) au département Qualité, vous jouez un rôle central dans le déploiement et le suivi des standards qualité au sein d-un secteur de production. Véritable référent(e) terrain, vous contribuez activement à la maîtrise des critères esthétiques et techniques des composants horlogers. Vos responsabilités - Veiller à l-application rigoureuse des standards et exigences qualité dans votre périmètre. - Assurer la cohérence des méthodes de contrôle et garantir l-harmonisation des pratiques. - Faire le lien entre les équipes de production et le service qualité en cas d-écart ou de non-conformité. - Réaliser des audits de postes et contrôler le respect des procédures établies. - Participer à la validation des critères esthétiques des pièces et à leur évolution. - Animer des points qualité réguliers et établir des reportings hebdomadaires. - Accompagner, former et soutenir les contrôleurs et collaborateurs du secteur afin de maintenir un haut niveau d-exigence. - Contribuer aux démarches d-amélioration continue et proposer des actions concrètes d-optimisation.

Votre profil

Votre profil - Diplôme dans le domaine horloger - Expérience confirmée (minimum 3 ans) en contrôle qualité dans le secteur horloger. - Excellente maîtrise du contrôle esthétique et des outils qualité. - Très bonne lecture de plans techniques et bonne acuité visuelle. - Aisance avec les outils informatiques usuels. - Expérience en formation, accompagnement ou animation d-équipe constitue un atout. Vos atouts - Esprit d-équipe et sens de la communication. - Rigueur, organisation et capacité d-analyse. - Force de proposition et orientation amélioration continue. - Capacité à fédérer autour des exigences qualité.
