Ihre einzigartigen Spezialitäten produziert sie in höchster Qualität und mit frischen Zutaten aus der Region sowie von renommierten Schweizer Unternehmen. Zur Ergänzung des Teams sucht sie per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Bedienen sowie Überwachen von Produktions- und Abfüllanlagen
  • Sicherstellen eines effizienten und störungsfreien Produktionsablaufes
  • Beheben von Störungen und Durchführen von kleineren Wartungsarbeiten
  • Durchführen und Dokumentieren von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Reinigen und Pflegen der Produktionsanlagen sowie Einhalten der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Stellvertreten der Abteilungsleitung Produktion bei deren Abwesenheit
  • Unterstützen bei der Organisation, Koordination und Führung des Produktionsteams
  • Mitarbeiten bei Verbesserungen von Prozessen, Anlagen und Arbeitsabläufen

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung als Anlagenführer, Lebensmittel-, Milchtechnologe oder bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Bäcker-Konditor-Confiseur, Landwirt, Fleischfachmann) oder Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an modernen Produktionsanlagen
  • Hohes Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Gute ERP- und PC-Kenntnisse
  • Gute körperliche Verfassung sowie zuverlässige, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Führungspotenzial oder erster Führungserfahrung
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher
