Für einen Kunden aus dem Bereich industrieller Produktion suchen wir einen Anlagenführer (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung des laufenden Fertigungsbetriebs. Die Position ist in einem technisch geprägten Umfeld angesiedelt, in dem ein sicherer Umgang mit Maschinen, Anlagen und Produktionsabläufen erwartet wird. Als Personalpartner begleiten wir den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess und stellen den Kontakt zu einem erfahrenen Kundenunternehmen her. Im Fokus stehen eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, technisches Verständnis und die Bereitschaft, Produktionsprozesse sorgfältig zu überwachen und zu steuern.

Aufgaben

  • Sie bedienen und überwachen Produktionsanlagen im laufenden Fertigungsprozess zuverlässig und sorgfältig.
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass Maschinen und Anlagen ordnungsgemäß eingerichtet und betriebsbereit sind.
  • Sie kontrollieren den Produktionsablauf und reagieren frühzeitig auf Störungen oder Abweichungen.
  • Sie führen einfache Qualitätskontrollen durch und achten auf gleichbleibende Fertigungsstandards.
  • Sie unterstützen bei Reinigungs-, Rüst- und Wartungsarbeiten an den Anlagen im Produktionsumfeld.
  • Sie dokumentieren Arbeitsabläufe, Produktionsdaten und besondere Vorkommnisse nachvollziehbar.

Profil

  • Sie verfügen über technisches Verständnis und können Produktionsanlagen sicher bedienen.
  • Sie arbeiten konzentriert, verantwortungsbewusst und behalten auch bei laufender Produktion den Überblick.
  • Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in der Maschinen- oder Anlagenbedienung mit.
  • Sie sind bereit, im industriellen Umfeld zuverlässig und strukturiert zu arbeiten.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Teamfähigkeit sowie eine sorgfältige und praktische Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Sie sind lernbereit und können sich schnell in technische Abläufe und Produktionsprozesse einarbeiten.
