Unsere Ricola-Bonbons begleiten Menschen auf der ganzen Welt - und mit deiner Arbeit trägst du dazu bei, dass sie sich auf unsere vertraute Qualität verlassen können. In unserer Produktion in Laufen begleitest du die Herstellung unserer Hartkaramellen vom Kochen bis zur Formgebung. Deine Mission:

  • Herstellung unserer Hartkaramellen gemäss Produktionsprogramm - vom Kochen bis zur Formgebung
  • Bedienung und Überwachung der Koch- und Prägeanlagen sowie der dazugehörigen Geräte und Hilfsmittel
  • Durchführung von In-Prozess-Kontrollen mittels SAP und GMP-konforme Dokumentation der erforderlichen Prozessschritte
  • Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitätsanforderungen sowie Einhaltung der Vorgaben zu Produktsicherheit (z. B. IFS, FDA, GMP), Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Sorgfältige Pflege der Anlagen sowie Gewährleistung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich nach den 5S-Grundsätzen
  • Frühzeitige Meldung von Störungen und aussergewöhnlichen Vorkommnissen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Abläufe, damit wir gemeinsam unsere Produktionsziele erreichen und sorgsam mit unseren Rohstoffen umgehen

Mit Sorgfalt, technischem Geschick und einem Gespür für Qualität bringst du unsere wertvollen Zutaten in die richtige Form. Dafür bringst du folgendes mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lebensmitteltechnologe oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich
  • Erfahrung in einem GMP-regulierten Produktionsumfeld und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude am Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen
  • Grundkenntnisse im Lean Management (z.B. 5S und KVP) sowie Freude daran, Abläufe zu hinterfragen und gemeinsam im Team zu verbessern
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse; SAP-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb sowie zu gelegentlicher Samstagsarbeit
  • Möglichkeit, den Arbeitsort auch frühmorgens zuverlässig ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen
