Conducteur·rice d'installation Torréfaction / Production de masse de chocolat #

Tâches

  • Responsabilité globale d-une ou plusieurs lignes de production dans le domaine de la production de masse de cacao / fabrication de masse de chocolat
  • Réalisation et documentation du contrôle qualité et processus des lignes
  • Commande et retour autonome des matériaux selon les ordres de fabrication
  • Organisation et réalisation des nettoyages et changements de produits
  • Détection et résolution des pannes et soutien du service technique lors des révisions

Exigences

  • Certificat d-apprentissage ou formation équivalente dans le domaine alimentaire (technologue alimentaire CFC, praticien alimentaire AFP, conducteur d-installation CFC, technologue confiseur IHK, technologue alimentaire IHK)
  • Compréhension technique dans la gestion d-installations en chaîne et de commandes modernes (expérience avec des installations à cylindres un avantage)
  • Disponibilité pour le travail en équipes
  • Bonne maîtrise de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
  • Bonnes connaissances informatiques (expérience SAP un avantage)
