Deine Aufgaben und Perspektiven -------------------------------

  • Mitarbeit an der erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung der Campus\-Apotheke von HOCH Health Ostschweiz am Standort
  • Abgabe, Information und Instruktion der verordneten Arzneimittel für die austretenden stationären und ambulanten Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Unterstützung Ihrer Tätigkeit rund um Logistik, Beschaffung und Abrechnung der verordneten Arzneimittel durch die gängige Apotheken\-Software ProPharmaX sowie eine automatisierte Lagerlösung
  • Arbeitseinsatz an vier bis fünf Wochentagen von 8:30 bis 17:30 mit Tagesverantwortung, Einsätze am Samstag\-Vormittag erfolgen nach Absprache

Was du für diese Stelle mitbringst -----------------------------------

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie (eidg. oder anerkannt) und Erfahrung in Offizinpharmazie \- ein Berufsausübungsbewilligung (BAB) ist von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung und Initiative, den Medikationsprozess fokussiert auf unsere Patientinnen und Patienten an dieser wichtigen Schnittstelle massgeblich mitzugestalten und zu optimieren
  • Interesse im interdisziplinären Umfeld zwischen Klinik, Campus\-Apotheke und Spitalpharmazie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Erhöhung der Arzneimitteltherapiesicherheit zu leisten
  • Selbstständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes und exaktes Arbeiten sowie das Wissen um Kommunikation als wichtige Basis einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung
