Apotheke Bader ist eine stilvolle öffentliche Apotheke im Herzen der schönen Gemeinde Oberburg des Kantons Bern. Sie versteht sich als Gesundheitspartner, der den Bezug und die Versorgung der Kundschaft mit Medikamenten und pharmazeutischen Dienstleistungen schnell und qualitativ garantiert. Dabei geht sie mit klaren Linien auf die Patientenbedürfnisse ein, stellt die Gesundheit und Zufriedenheit ihrer Kunden in den Mittelpunkt und leistet damit einen wesentlichen medizinischen und sozialen Beitrag zur Abdeckung der pharmazeutischen Versorgungslücke im Zentral-Emmental.

Für unsere Apotheke suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n: Apotheker/in als Geschäftsführer/in 60 – 100%

Wir bieten: - 40 Arbeitsstunden/Woche - 6 Wochen Ferien/Jahr - 17 Wochen/Jahr Mutterschaftsferien - 2 Wochen/Jahr Vaterschaftsferien - 60% Übernahme der Pensionskasse - einen modernen Arbeitsplatz in einer Apotheke mit eigenem QMS - eine fundierte Vorschulung unseres Kassensystems - vielseitige Tätigkeiten in einem dynamischen Team - sehr gute Erreichbarkeit des Arbeitsortes (Bahn, Bus, gratis Parkplätze für Mitarbeiter).

Sie bringen mit: - Apotheker-Studiumabschluss mit Berufsausübungsbewilligung - Sie arbeiten selbständig, speditiv und genau - Sie haben ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und denken lösungsorientiert - Sie pflegen einen freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Umgang mit der Kundschaft - Sie sind zuverlässig, belastbar in hektischen Situationen und verfügen über eine rasche Auffassungsgabe - Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse; andere Sprachen runden Ihren Profil ab. Ihre Aufgaben: - Sie übernehmen die Fachtechnische Verantwortung der Geschäftsleitung - Sie validieren Rezepte, führen deren Endkontrolle und bieten fachtechnische Unterstützung für unsere Mitarbeitenden - Sie sorgen für die Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards - Sie betreuen und beraten unsere Kunden zuvorkommend und kompetent - Sie treffen Geschäftsentscheidungen und tragen aktiv zum dessen Erfolg bei.
