* Sicherstellung des stabilen Applikationsbetriebs durch Monitoring von Events und Systemzuständen sowie durch die Analyse und Behebung von Störungen mithilfe von Monitoring-, Logging- und Observability-Lösungen. * Durchführung von Datenbankanalysen und Auswertungen mittels SQL sowie Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse. * Konfiguration, Optimierung, Pflege und Überwachung des Applikationsmonitorings. * Übernahme des 3rd Level Supports, inklusive Identifikation von Ursachen und Lösung. * Arbeit in einem gruppenübergreifenden DevOps Team sowie Koordination mit Plattformbetreibern, Change Management, Entwicklung und weiteren Stakeholdern. * Optimierung bestehender Betriebs- und Supportprozesse, unter anderem durch KI-gestützten Werkzeugen und Automatisierung.

* Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung. * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management, DevOps oder IT-Betrieb geschäftskritischer Anwendungen. * Fundierte Kenntnisse von Linux-, Container- und OpenShift-Plattformen. * Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines, GitLab, GitOps und automatisierten Deployments. * Grundkenntnisse in Java Spring/EE-Anwendungen und technischer Fehleranalyse von Vorteil. * Sehr gute Kenntnisse einer Amtssprache sowie gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten Amtssprache und Englisch.

Die Direktion für Arbeit des SECO ist Teil des Kompetenzzentrums des Bundes für alle Kernfragen der Arbeitsmarktpolitik, Arbeitsvermittlung, Arbeitslosenversicherung und Arbeitsmarktstatistik. Das Ressort Informatik für die Arbeitslosenversicherung (ALV) Schweiz ist für die Digitalisierung der Geschäftsprozesse sowie den Betrieb der Geschäftsanwendungen der Arbeitslosenkasse sowie der Arbeitsvermittlung (öAV) von Stellensuchenden und dessen Wiedereingliederungsmassnahmen in den Arbeitsmarkt verantwortlich.

Mit AVAM übernehmen wir eine zentrale Geschäftsanwendung neu in unseren eigenen DevOps-Teams. Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachbereich und Entwicklung zusammen, verantworten den stabilen Betrieb und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit.
