In diesem vielfältigen Job betreust und entwickelst du unsere Branchensoftware Printplus weiter - von der Konfiguration und Parametrisierung bis zur Installation von Updates setzt du firmenspezifische Anforderungen um und optimierst Leistungskataloge betreust du Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen (z. B. JDF, JMF, SQL) und analysierst Fehler und Abweichungen bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für den Printplus-Lieferanten sowie für interne Anspruchsgruppen und führst unsere Superuser fachlich leitest und begleitest du Optimierungs- und Erweiterungsprojekte, führst Schulungen durch und unterstützt bei der jährlichen Inventur übernimmst du weitere spannende Projekte und Aufgaben rund um Fach-IT, Prepress, Applikationsworkflows, Publikationssysteme, Qualitätsmanagement sowie die Optimierung unserer Prozesse und Services innerhalb der gesamten «Printing»-Gruppe - stets mit Blick auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden erhältst du die Möglichkeit, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln - mit der Perspektive, mehr Verantwortung in der Teamführung zu übernehmen Du kommst hier zum Ziel, wenn du eine Ausbildung in der grafischen Industrie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Druck-/Medientechnologie oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mitbringst du Erfahrung mit ERP- oder MIS-Branchensoftware hast, idealerweise mit Printplus, und die Abläufe einer Druckerei kennst du gute IT-Kenntnisse mitbringst, von Vorteil im Bereich Datenbanken (SQL), Schnittstellen und Reporting du Fehler strukturiert analysierst, Zusammenhänge rasch erkennst und selbstständig Lösungen sowie Projekte vorantreibst du dienstleistungsorientiert kommunizierst, unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen sicher zusammenbringst und dein Wissen gerne weitergibst ArbeitsortGutenbergstrasse 1, 4552 Derendingen Warum bei uns ein (a) im Stellentitel steht?
