Le centre de santé de Dielsdorf est un centre de compétence gériatrique moderne avec environ 500 collaborateurs issus de 35 nations. Notre offre va du conseil pour les personnes âgées et leurs proches aux soins de longue durée généraux et spécialisés, en passant par les soins et l'accompagnement à domicile. En tant que plus grande Spitex publique du district de Dielsdorf, nous fournissons des prestations ambulatoires pour nos neuf communes contractantes. Grâce à notre offre complète de soins, nous permettons aux personnes de rester aussi longtemps que possible dans leur domicile habituel malgré des limitations de santé. À l'avenir, il est prévu d'établir une Spitex de nuit.

Vos tâches

  • Soins de base, soins de traitement et accompagnement dans des situations simples à complexes stables de nos clientes et clients
  • Réalisation des travaux ménagers chez les clientes et clients
  • Enregistrement des prestations et documentation de l'évolution
  • Gestion des médicaments

Votre profil

  • Diplôme de fin de scolarité obligatoire
  • Bonnes connaissances en allemand (niveau minimum B2)
  • Travail soigneux et précis
  • Sens des responsabilités et fiabilité
  • Bonne capacité d'organisation
  • Esprit d'équipe et compétences en communication, bonnes manières ainsi que plaisir du contact
  • Empathie et esprit d'entraide
  • Sens de la propreté et de l'ordre
