Die Stiftung SAG ist eine Non Profit Organisation, welche Bildungs- und Arbeitsintegrationsprojekte in der ganzen Schweiz durchführt.

Der «Werkbahnhof» begleitet stellensuchende Erwachsene mit Bildung, Coaching und Arbeit auf ihrem Weg in den Arbeitsmarkt. Ziel ist es, die Teilnehmenden dabei zu unterstützen, ihre individuellen Voraussetzungen und Kompetenzen zu stärken und eine passende Perspektive in der Arbeits- und Berufswelt zu entwickeln.

Für den Gastronomiebereich in Rapperswil-Jona suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n:

Arbeitsagoge / Arbeitsagogin (50 - 60%)

Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen, gibst dein Fachwissen weiter und bist sowohl in der Administration als auch in der Gastronomie aktiv? Ob aus der Gastronomie oder der Administration – bei uns bringst du deine Stärken ein, lernst Neues und begleitest unsere Teilnehmenden auf ihrem Weg zurück in den Arbeitsmarkt.

Was dich erwartet - Abwechslung statt Routine: Du übernimmst Aufgaben in unserer Administration und in der Kantine und bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein. - Menschen begleiten: Mit Fachkompetenz, Herz und Humor unterstützt du unsere Teilnehmenden bei ihren Arbeiten, förderst ihre Selbstständigkeit und hilfst ihnen, ihre Stärken zu entdecken. - Fachwissen weitergeben: Du leitest die Teilnehmenden in beiden Fachbereichen an und unterstützt sie dabei, neue Kompetenzen zu entwickeln. - Verantwortung übernehmen: Du sorgst für strukturierte Abläufe, eine gute Arbeitsorganisation und die Einhaltung der geltenden Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards. - Zusammenarbeit leben: Du arbeitest eng mit dem gesamten Team zusammen, bringst deine Ideen und Kompetenzen ein und engagierst dich gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg/innen für eine erfolgreiche berufliche Integration unserer Teilnehmenden.

Was du mitbringst - Eine abgeschlossene EFZ-Ausbildung im KV oder Gastronomie Bereich. - Eine Weiterbildung als Arbeitsagoge:in oder die Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren. - Berufserfahrung und Freude daran, dein Fachwissen weiterzugeben. - Interesse und Offenheit, dich auch im jeweils anderen Arbeitsbereich einzubringen. - Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und Interesse an der beruflichen Integration. - Eine offene, wertschätzende und lösungsorientierte Haltung. - Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent. - Gute Kenntnisse des regionalen Arbeitsmarkts und der Schweizer Bildungslandschaft. - Ein positives Mindset und ein reflektierter Blick auf die Welt.
