Im Beschäftigungsprogramm Reinigungen & Hauswartungen ermöglichen wir erwerbslosen Menschen niederschwellige Eintritte in den Arbeitsalltag. In einem lösungsorientierten und wertschätzenden Arbeitsumfeld betreuen wir ein historisches Firmengelände im Zentrum der Stadt Winterthur und den zukünftigen Hauptsitz des Läbesruums. Diese spannende und sinnstiftende Aufgabe erfüllst du in einem vielseitigen, wertschätzenden Umfeld: Erfahre im Video mehr darüber, warum wir gerne im Läbesruum arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Organisation der Beschäftigungsgruppe Reinigungen & Hauswartungen in einer Co-Leitung
  • Ziel- und ressourcenorientierte Förderung der Teilnehmenden
  • Anleitung und Mitarbeit bei vielfältigen Reinigungs- und Hauswartungsaufgaben
  • Interne Reinigungsschulungen für Mitarbeitende
  • Administrative Arbeiten und Führung von zielorientierten Fördergesprächen
  • Gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung unserer Beschäftigungsgruppe

Du bringst mit:

  • Abschluss in Arbeitsagogik
  • Berufserfahrung oder gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Gebäudereinigung und Hauswartung
  • Gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise und Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hohe Sozialkompetenz, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Interesse und Begeisterung für unsere Werte und Vision
