Projekt: Für unseren Kunden aus der Finanzbranche suchen wir einen erfahrenen Security Architekt (w/m/d), der Sicherheitsarchitekturen im Umfeld von Generative AI und Cloud verantwortet und zukunftsfähige Guardrails, Zugriffs\- und Überwachungskonzepte für komplexe Applikationslandschaften entwickelt. (Referenznummer: 925292MC)

Aufgaben: • Konzeption, Design und Weiterentwicklung von Security\-Architekturen für generative AI\-Plattformen (z.B. LLM, RAG, AI Agents) in Cloud\-Umgebungen • Erarbeitung von Guardrails, Access\- \& Authorization\-Konzepten sowie Monitoring\- und Logging\-Ansätzen für komplexe, verteilte Anwendungen • Bewertung und Absicherung von Use Cases im Bereich Generative AI hinsichtlich Risiken wie Prompt Injection, Jailbreaking, Data Leakage und unautorisierte Wissensaggregation • Beratung von Projektteams, Product Ownern und Management in Sicherheitsfragen rund um AI, Cloud und Applikationssicherheit • Definition von Security\-Standards, Richtlinien und Best Practices sowie Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Architektur\- und Sicherheitsdokumentationen • Unterstützung bei Risikoanalysen, Threat Modelling und Security\-Reviews von AI\- und Cloud\-Lösungen • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Cloud\-Engineering, Development, Risk Management und Compliance

Anforderungen: • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Security Architekt in komplexen Unternehmensumgebungen • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Guardrails, Zugriffs\- und Berechtigungskonzepten sowie Monitoring\-/Logging\-Strategien für komplexe Applikationen • Sehr gute Kenntnisse relevanter generativer AI\-Security\-Konzepte, z.B. Prompt Injection, Jailbreaking, Data Leakage oder unautorisierte Wissensaggregation • Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit AI\-Technologien (z.B. LLM\-Plattformen, RAG\-Architekturen, AI Agents, Machine Learning Services) • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Security in Cloud\-Umgebungen (z.B. AWS, Azure oder GCP: Identity \& Access Management, Netzwerksicherheit, Logging/Monitoring, Compliance) • Fähigkeit, technische Sicherheitsthemen adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und klare, umsetzbare Architekturvorgaben zu formulieren • Teamorientierte, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung • Englisch: sehr gut in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Level C1, projektrelevant) • Deutsch: sehr gut in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Level C1, projektrelevant)

Nice\-to\-Have: • Erfahrung mit Security von LLM\- oder RAG\-Plattformen oder AI Agents in produktiven Umgebungen • Projekt\- oder Linienerfahrung im Finanzsektor (Banken, Versicherungen, Vermögensverwaltung) • Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (z.B. FINMA, DORA, GDPR) im Zusammenhang mit Cloud und AI • Relevante Zertifizierungen (z.B. CISSP, CCSP, Azure/AWS Security, AI\-spezifische Zertifikate)
