Deine Aufgaben als Area Manager ##

  • Unternehmerische Gesamtverantwortung für eine Region von 3-5 Filialen im Gebiet BL / AG / SO / LU (mit optionaler Erweiterung ins Tessin) 
  • Rekrutierung, Führung und Entwicklung von bis zu 100 Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitverantwortung bei Filialeröffnungen
  • Auswertung der Kennzahlen und Einleiten darauf abgestimmter Massnahmen
  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Überarbeitung der Filialabläufe

 

Du bringst bereits Erfahrung als Area / District Manager mit?

Du steigst direkt in die Führungsverantwortung ein. Nach einer zielgerichteten, individuellen Einarbeitung übernimmst du umgehend die Steuerung deiner Region und bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv in unsere Prozesse ein. 

 

Du steigst als Trainee ein? 

Wir bereiten dich in einem strukturierten 3-Stufen-Programm intensiv auf die Rolle vor: 

  • Basisphase: Du wirst in einer Ausbildungsfiliale eingearbeitet und lernst alle verkaufsrelevanten Aufgaben von Grund auf kennen, um danach während jeweils 5 Wochen die Gesamtverantwortung zweier Filialen zu übernehmen.
  • Aufbauphase: In dieser Phase lernst du alle Abteilungen unseres Warenverteilzentrums kennen.
  • Vertiefungsphase: Du begleitest Area Manager, um alle benötigten Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten zu erwerben. Im Anschluss übernimmst du für 4 Wochen als Vertretung die Gesamtverantwortung für eine Region.

Dein Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Fokus oder Weiterbildung zum/zur eidg. dipl. Verkaufsleiter/in
  • Mobilität, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Hohe Motivation, Selbständigkeit und Freude am unternehmerischen Handeln
  • Kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Blick für das Wesentliche
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Italienischkenntnisse (mind. B2)

 

Deine Berufserfahrung - passend zu deinem Einstieg:

* Für den Direkteinstieg als Area Manager: Du bringst mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Detailhandel mit - idealerweise hast du bereits erfolgreich als Area Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle gearbeitet * Für den Einstieg als Trainee: Du stehst am Anfang deiner Karriere nach dem Abschluss. Erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Detailhandel ist von Vorteil
