Für die temporäre Unterstützung des Marketingteams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die den Bereich Digitale Kommunikation übernimmt und gleichzeitig bei verschiedenen Marketingprojekten mitwirkt. Das Arbeitsumfeld ist dynamisch, international und unternehmerisch geprägt. Entscheidungswege sind oft kurz, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative werden geschätzt.

Job Description ##

  • Planung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der Social-Media-Aktivitäten auf LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook und TikTok
  • Erstellung von Briefings und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kreativ- und Marketingagenturen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Website-Inhalten sowie Unterstützung bei E-Commerce- und Shopify-Aktivitäten
  • Entwicklung von Content-Ideen und Redaktionsplänen für verschiedene digitale Kanäle
  • Unterstützung bei Produkteinführungen, Promotions und saisonalen Marketingkampagnen
  • Abstimmung von Marketingaktivitäten mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und externen Partnern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung lokaler und internationaler Marketinginitiativen
  • Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritts über alle Kommunikationskanäle hinweg

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Studium oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Digital Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung von ca. 1-3 Jahren im Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing oder in der Unternehmenskommunikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Social Media Management und Content Marketing
  • Verständnis für digitale Kommunikationsstrategien und aktuelle Social-Media-Trends
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen oder externen Dienstleistern ist ein Plus
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem oder verhandlungssicherem Niveau; Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Französisch von Vorteil
  • Kreative, ideenreiche und hands-on Persönlichkeit
  • Eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Affinität für digitale Trends und Social Media
