Mon client est un investisseur institutionnel immobilier suisse dont le portefeuille est constitué d'actifs principalement résidentiels et mixtes.

Job Description ##

En tant qu'Asset Manager, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Analyse de Portefeuille: Effectuer des analyses approfondies du portefeuille immobilier, identifier les opportunités d'optimisation et formuler des recommandations stratégiques.
  • Coordination avec les Régies Immobilières: Collaborer étroitement avec les régies immobilières pour assurer la gestion efficace des biens, optimiser les loyers et maintenir la satisfaction des locataires.
  • Stratégies de Valorisation: Développer des stratégies de valorisation visant à maximiser les rendements financiers des actifs immobiliers sous gestion.
  • Rénovation et Optimisation Énergétique: Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de rénovation visant à optimiser l'efficacité énergétique des actifs, en alignement avec les normes environnementales et les exigences légales.
  • Reporting Financier: Préparer et présenter des rapports financiers réguliers aux parties prenantes internes et externes, en mettant en évidence les performances et les opportunités d'amélioration.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation supérieure en finance, immobilier, ingénierie, économie ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée en asset management immobilier, acquisitions ou gestion de portefeuille.
  • Solide connaissance du marché immobilier suisse romand.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'analyse financière immobilière et des réglementations cantonales (LDTR, LPPPL, etc.).
  • Expérience dans l'élaboration et le suivi de budgets CAPEX/OPEX.
  • Capacité à piloter plusieurs projets simultanément avec une approche orientée résultats.
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et des outils de modélisation financière.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et vision long terme.
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de prise de décision.
  • Excellent sens de la communication et de la négociation.
  • Autonomie, pragmatisme et sens des responsabilités.
  • Français courant et anglais professionnel. L'allemand constitue un réel atout.
