Assistant admin RH H/F (100%) \- Renens (VD) ou 2 personnes à 50% en Jobsharing

Rejoignez une équipe RH dynamique au cœur du siège du groupe !

Basé à Renens, vous intégrerez notre équipe RH composée de 12 personnes. Ensemble, vous veillerez au bon déroulement des activités RH quotidiennes et contribuerez activement à la gestion du personnel du groupe.

Description du poste --------------------

Gestion administrative du personnel

  • Assurer le suivi complet du cycle de vie des collaborateurs : arrivées, mutations et départs
  • Mettre à jour et suivre les dossiers RH (permis de travail, ALFA, maternité, APG, etc.)
  • Gérer les absences (maladie, accident, service, etc.) : annonces, suivi et coordination
  • Établir diverses attestations et certificats
  • Contrôler les heures, absences et valider les mutations

Gestion des salaires

  • Transmettre les variables au responsable paie selon le planning établi
  • Vérifier les décomptes de salaires et valider les données

Gestion des évènements

* Organisation et suivi d'évènements internes

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Titulaire d'un CFC d'employé\-e de commerce
  • Titulaire du Certificat Gestionnaire RH HRSE (ou en cours d'obtention)
  • Langue maternelle française et bonnes connaissances d'au moins une autre langue (italien, anglais, portugais) "” la polyvalence linguistique est un atout majeur
  • Esprit d'équipe, sens du service, rigueur et aisance relationnelle
