Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d'un\\-e : \\Assistant/e administratif/ive RH \\\& Finance \\à 70\\-80%\\ \\\\- Contrat à durée indéterminée \\-\\ \\Dès le 1er décembre ou à convenir\\ \\Votre mission :\\ \* Saisie et enregistrement des factures dans le système comptable \* Suivi administratif des comptes fournisseurs, préparation du plan de paiement \* Suivi de la comptabilité des débiteurs \* Saisie régulière des mouvements bancaires et des opérations de caisse dans le système comptable \* Gestion et contrôle des temps de travail \* Préparation des fichiers de variables pour l'établissement des salaires \* Gestion administrative et logistique des habits de travail \* Suivi et organisation des formations continues annuelles \* Soutien administratif, organisationnel et opérationnel à la Direction ainsi qu'aux fonctions Comptabilité et Ressources Humaines \* Formation et accompagnement des apprentis employés de commerce \* Organisation d'événements d'entreprise \* Supervision de l'économat, des commandes et des fournitures \* Assurer une permanence téléphonique pour les services Comptabilité et Ressources Humaines \\Votre profil :\\ \* CFC d'employé.e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente \* Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction administrative comptabilité et RH \* Aisance relationnelle, autonomie et sens des responsabilités \* Bonne gestion du stress, sens de la précision et de la discrétion \* Excellent sens de l'organisation, bonne capacité de mémorisation et volonté d'optimiser les méthodes de travail \* Excellente maîtrise du français et rédaction aisée \* Suisse ou permis C et habitant la région Nous offrons un poste de travail intéressant et varié dans un cadre de travail agréable, des conditions d'engagement intéressante avec la possibilité de faire valoir et de développer vos connaissances.
