Your Purpose ###

Set sail on a dynamic adventure as an Assistant Bike Leader aboard our cruise line! Your role is to create memorable cycling experiences for our guests, guiding them through scenic routes and enriching their journey with exceptional service. You will inspire a passion for exploration while ensuring safety and enjoyment on every ride. Your Impact ###

As an Assistant Bike Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting daily bicycle tours, covering approximately 25 kms, to deliver outstanding guest experiences. By providing detailed and accessible explanations of routes, landmarks, and safety measures, you will ensure a seamless adventure for cyclists of all skill levels. You will foster a welcoming and supportive environment, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty, while collaborating with onboard and destination teams to coordinate and execute excursions. Through your efforts, you will uphold our commitment to safety, sustainability, and exceptional service, leaving a positive impact on every guest and destination. 

Your Journey So Far ###

To succeed in this role, you-ll need: 

A minimum of two years of onboard experience as an Assistant Bike Leader. 

Fluency in English, both oral and written, to communicate effectively with our international guests and team. 

Proficiency in an additional European language (Italian, German, Portuguese, Spanish, or French) is highly desirable. 

Proven physical fitness and training to escort daily bike tours with ease and enthusiasm. 

Previous cruise experience and a knack for clear, engaging communication.
