Assistant Client Advisor \& Office Manager**80\-100 %

Sie sind teamorientiert, begeistern Kunden durch Ihren dynamischen und professionellen Auftritt, haben Interesse an anspruchsvollen Projekten, sind gut organisiert und gewohnt, unter Zeitdruck sorgfältig und effizient zu arbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für die professionelle Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Geschäftspartnern und internen Teams persönlich, per Telefon und per E\-Mail
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquisition von neuen Kundenbeziehungen sowie beim Onboarding neuer Kunden
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Börsenaufträgen
  • Unterstützung bei Recherchen und Vorbereitungen für Kundenbesprechungen und Projekten, Marktanalysen, Datenaufbereitung und Reportings
  • Schnittstelle zu Depotbanken und weiteren externen Fachpersonen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten
  • Unterstützung Kundenempfang und Telefondienst
  • Verantwortung für das Office\-Management ( Bestellungen Büromaterial, Mailings, Intranet, Koordination externer Dienstleister, etc.)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Finanz\-, Treuhandbranche oder in einer Anwaltskanzlei
  • Grundkenntnisse und Interesse an den Finanzmärkten und der Wirtschaftsthemen
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Detailorientierung
  • Effiziente, flexible und eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Koordination der Aufgaben und Menschen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen und ein hohes Mass an Diskretion
  • Interesse, sich in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten und an Projekten mitzuwirken
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und KI\-Tools, Erfahrung mit CRM\-Systemen und Dokumentenmanagement\-Software ist ein Plus
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
