Assistant-e de direction à 90-100%

 

Afin d-assister le Conseil administratif ainsi que le Secrétariat général pour apporter un soutien global dans les tâches administratives et de direction, nous recherchons un ou une assistant-e de direction à 90-100%.

 

(Le masculin est ensuite utilisé uniquement à des fins de lisibilité, le poste s'adressant tant aux femmes qu'aux hommes.)

 

Votre mission et vos responsabilités

Vous êtes chargé de la prise hebdomadaire du procès-verbal du Conseil administratif.

Vous préparez l-ordre du jour des séances sur la base des notes internes de service rédigées par le personnel communal.

Vous assurez le suivi des séances du Conseil administratif, et notamment la tenue de l-agenda, les réponses aux invitations ainsi que le suivi des courriers et courriels entrants et sortants.

Vous garantissez le suivi administratif de l-ensemble des demandes de subventions adressées à la Commune.

Vous assurez le pilotage de la gestion électronique des documents (GED) et veillez à son bon usage.

Vous suppléez, pendant ses congés, la personne en charge de l-assistanat du Conseil municipal.

Votre profil

Titulaire d-un CFC d-employé de commerce complété par une maturité professionnelle ou formation jugée équivalente.

Brevet fédéral d-assistant de direction un atout.Vous justifiez de 5 ans de pratique dans un poste de secrétariat de direction où l-ordre, l-organisation, l-esprit d-initiative, la disponibilité et l-autonomie sont indispensables.

Vous avez une grande aisance rédactionnelle et une capacité à produire rapidement des écrits clairs, concis, précis dans la restitution des procès-verbaux.

Vous avez une bonne compréhension ou un intérêt marqué pour le fonctionnement de l-administration publique communale ainsi que le sens du service public.

Vous traitez les informations confidentielles avec discrétion et discernement.

Vous êtes appelé à organiser votre journée en prenant des initiatives et êtes capable de prioriser les tâches urgentes de celles importantes.

Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels et avez de l-aisance dans la gestion de l-information et de la documentation et en appréciez le domaine.

Vous disposez d-une parfaite maitrise rédactionnelle de la langue française.
