Rejoignez une institution de prévoyance genevoise d'envergure au sein de l'équipe immobilière et jouez un rôle pivot dans la gestion des actifs et l'optimisation des relations avec les régies partenaires. Assistant de gestion locative (H/F) A propos du rôle En tant qu'Assistant de gestion locative, vous agissez comme interface clé entre les régies et les services internes. Tâches Le rôle combine la gestion administrative du cycle de location et le suivi juridique des dossiers de contentieux et de recouvrement en collaboration avec un juriste. Traiter les communications et assurer le suivi rigoureux des dossiers de location Coordonner les processus d'entrées et de sorties des locataires Veiller au respect du cadre réglementaire concernant les loyers Gérer les défauts de paiements, le recouvrement et les poursuites Contrôler les rapports de contentieux et gérer les plaintes pénales Assurer la coordination interne avec les services juridiques et techniques Produire les reportings administratifs et assurer le suivi documentaire Nous cherchons Expérience gestion locative et contentieux Brevet fédéral de gérant d'immeuble ou titre jugé équivalent Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vos compétences personnelles sont les suivantes : Organisation Capacité à s'affirmer Autonomie et rigueur Notre processus de recrutement Ce processus de recrutement est géré par Academic Work.
