  • En tant qu'assistant·e clientèle, vous êtes en contact direct avec les clientes et les clients que vous accompagnez tout au long de leur voyage. Vous contrôlez les titres de transport et enregistrez les informations personnelles des passagères et passagers sans titre de transport valable.
  • Vous renseignez les voyageuses et les voyageurs sur leurs correspondances, par exemple grâce à des annonces diffusées dans les trains.
  • Vous apportez votre aide en cas de perturbation et dans le cadre de l'application des normes de sécurité.
  • Vous répondez par ailleurs de la préparation des trains. Cela signifie que vous effectuez les essais des freins, de même que les contrôles intérieurs et extérieurs des trains.
  • En cas de forte affluence, vous assurez l'orientation clientèle en gare. 
  • Grâce à un plan de service extrêmement précis, vous terminez votre travail à l'heure, sans devoir accomplir d'autres tâches ni traiter de courriels.

  • Vous êtes fiable, vous savez bien travailler en équipe et vous incarnez les CFF par votre présence. Grâce à votre orientation clientèle marquée, à vos excellentes compétences en matière de communication et à votre grande aptitude à gérer les conflits, vous contribuez de manière décisive à une expérience client positive.
  • Pour mener à bien les tâches qui sont parfois éprouvantes sur le plan physique, nous misons sur la collaboration et l'esprit d'équipe.
  • Pour accomplir ce travail exigeant, vous assumez volontiers des responsabilités, vous savez vous imposer lorsqu'il le faut, vous maîtrisez les équipements de travail numériques et vous êtes prêt·e à travailler par équipe.--
  • Vous avez achevé avec succès un apprentissage professionnel (de deux ans minimum) ou êtes titulaire de la maturité. Votre motivation nous importe plus que la branche d'où vous venez.
  • Vous disposez de très bonnes connaissances en français (niveau C1) et vous êtes déjà capable de vous exprimer en allemand. Vous êtes également disposé·e à obtenir deux diplômes de langue (niveau A2) dans un délai de deux ans: en allemand et en anglais ou en italien, au choix.
  • Lors du processus de candidature, nous vous demanderons un extrait du casier judiciaire ainsi que du registre des poursuites et faillites actuel (datant de moins de trois-mois). Ce document pourra être commandé au moment de la convocation à un entretien personnel.
