Le Groupe Laiteries Réunies est une entreprise à structure coopérative basée à Genève, active au niveau national et à l’export. Le Groupe LRG compte plusieurs sociétés filiales actives dans les domaines des produits laitiers, carnés, du négoce et de la logistique.

Avec plus de 350 collaborateurs et collaboratrices répartis sur différents sites, les Laiteries Réunies poursuivent leurs engagements pour le développement durable tout en offrant aux consommatrices et aux consommateurs des produits innovants, sains et compétitifs.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Commercial(e) Bilingue Français / Allemand pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.

Responsabilités

  • Soutien administratif aux commerciaux et à toute l’équipe de vente
  • Coordination et envoi des informations destinées à la clientèle (offres commerciales, lancements de nouveaux produits, promotions, modifications d'assortiment, changements tarifaires)
  • Création et la mise à jour des références clients et des données EDI
  • Gestion des documents commerciaux et des supports destinés aux clients
  • Préparation et suivi des dossiers commerciaux à destination de la force de vente
  • Calculs et mise à jour des tarifs, assortiments, tableaux de bord et statistiques, calcul de rentabilité des produits
  • Remplacement ponctuel au sein du secrétariat des ventes

Qualifications

  • Formation commerciale ou administrative
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’allemand, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
  • Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le secteur agroalimentaire ou logistique.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, ERP, CRM).
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Esprit d’équipe, proactivité et sens du service client.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et sens du service.
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité.
  • Connaissance du marché suisse, un atout.
