Notre client est une banque privée suisse bien implantée en Suisse et à l'international.

Job Description ##

  • Intégration au sein de la banque ;
  • Support quotidien aux Banquiers Privés ;
  • Réponse à l'ensemble des requêtes des clients par téléphones, emails, visioconférences et rendez-vous en face à face ;
  • Ouverture et clôture des comptes bancaires ;
  • KYC et documentation clients ;
  • Cash management ;
  • Paiements, transferts et dépôts fiduciaires ;
  • Passation des ordres de bourse ;
  • Mise en place des dossiers de crédits ;
  • Compliance LBA ;
  • Attestations bancaires et fiscales ;
  • Préparation des rendez-vous clients ;
  • Préparation et organisation des voyages des Banquiers Privés ;
  • Réalisation des notes de frais ;
  • Reporting clients et à la Direction ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation bancaire ou académique supérieure ;
  • Expérience similaire et significative en assistanat de gestion au sein d'une banque privée, d'une société de gestion et / ou d'un family office en Suisse ;
  • Très bonnes connaissances des marchés financiers et des instruments financiers ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bancaires ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Très bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Expérimenté(e), rigoureux(se), technique & professionnel(le) ;
  • Résidence suisse.
