Compétences ##

  • Expérience en soins de longue durée et formation AGS requises.
  • Compétences sociales et travail en équipe indispensables.
  • Empathie et patience pour les personnes en soins nécessaires.

Vos tâches

  • Accompagnement, soutien et prise en charge des résidents au quotidien.
  • Soutien des résidents dans les soins de santé et d'hygiène corporelle.
  • Responsabilité des travaux ménagers en équipe

Votre profil

  • Expérience en soins de longue durée
  • Formation AGS achevée et expérience approfondie en soins et accompagnement
  • Grande compétence sociale, esprit d'équipe, flexibilité et engagement.
  • Empathie, patience & compréhension dans le contact avec des personnes atteintes de démence & nécessitant des soins
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Une attitude positive & humour
