Descriptif du poste

Présentation :

La Fondation du Foyer Béthel est un lieu de vie accueillant 65 résidants de plus de 65 ans dont l-état de santé, physique ou mentale, exige un accompagnement 7 jours sur 7 et 24h/24 jusqu-à la fin de leur vie.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Contribuer à promouvoir la qualité de vie des résidants, en soutenant, dans la durée, le projet d-établissement dans le domaine des soins palliatifs
  • Conduire l-activité dans une approche interdisciplinaire et de l-accueil jusqu-à la mort
  • Exercer son rôle de manière autonome et responsable dans le cadre des activités qui lui ont été déléguées et selon des procédures clairement établies
  • Pratiquer les soins aux résidants comme des actes médico-techniques sous délégation de l-infirmier et tenir à jours les dossiers
  • Coopérer aux projets d-accompagnement des résidants dans une vision interdisciplinaire
  • Garantir une qualité de soins optimale dans le respect des normes en vigueur
  • Assurer des transmissions orales et écrites de qualité
  • Accompagner le travail des ASA et Aides-soignants qualifiés et non qualifiés

Profil recherché

  • Apprentissage ASSC - CFC
  • Avoir travaillé 5 ans en EMS dans le profil requis- obligatoire
  • Connaissance des soins palliatifs
  • Sens des responsabilités
  • Intérêt pour le travail interdisciplinaire
  • Français niveau C1
  • S-adapter à la diversité des résidants et des familles
  • Evaluer et adapter la prise en soins des résidants en fonction de leur capacités et désirs en situation simple
  • Etre résistant physiquement et psychiquement
  • Connaissance des outils informatiques tels que le DIR (Sadies)- obligatoire
