Tâches ##

  • Gérez des dossiers notariaux et rédigez des documents en trois langues.
  • Collaborez avec des notaires pour le traitement des paiements.
  • Assurez la gestion des rendez-vous et la correspondance juridique.

Compétences ##

Vos tâches

Vos tâches comprennent la gestion autonome des dossiers notariaux (transactions foncières, registre du commerce et successions). Cela inclut la gestion de la correspondance ainsi que la rédaction autonome d'actes selon les instructions des notaires et avocats en allemand, anglais et éventuellement en français. De plus, vous traitez les paiements en collaboration avec les notaires ou en assurez le suivi. Dans le domaine de l'avocature, vos responsabilités incluent la rédaction, la correction et la finalisation de la correspondance et des actes juridiques des avocats, ainsi que la gestion des rendez-vous de plusieurs avocats et notaires, les contacts téléphoniques dans les trois langues mentionnées, ainsi que les tâches générales de bureau.

Votre profil

Vous possédez une formation commerciale et un intérêt pour les affaires notariales. Idéalement, un certificat cantonal de spécialiste en étude notariale ou un cours d'introduction correspondant au secteur notarial complète votre formation. Une expérience professionnelle de préférence dans une étude notariale ou un cabinet d'avocats, ainsi qu'une formation continue appropriée, sont un avantage. La précision, l'autonomie, la résistance au stress, la flexibilité et l'initiative sont vos points forts. Notre quotidien en étude est fortement numérisé. Vous serez donc soutenu(e) par divers outils électroniques que vous maîtrisez (MS Word, communication électronique avec les autorités, logiciel sectoriel).
