VOTRE MISSION :

 

Rattaché au Responsable de la gastronomie, vous assurez le suivi administratif et la coordination opérationnelle entre les restaurants, les fournisseurs et les services internes. Vous contribuez à la disponibilité des marchandises et des équipements nécessaires aux équipes.

  • Assurer le suivi des commandes, des livraisons et des stocks ; contrôler les marchandises et traiter les écarts avec les équipes et les fournisseurs.
  • Tenir à jour les tableaux de suivi, les bons de commande et les données fournisseurs, et participer au suivi des budgets.
  • Coordonner les interventions techniques et la maintenance préventive des équipements avec les services concernés, puis suivre leur réalisation.
  • Centraliser les besoins des restaurants, transmettre les priorités au Responsable de la gastronomie et assurer le suivi des demandes.
  • Organiser la logistique des événements avec les équipes : matériel, produits et ressources nécessaires.
  • Contribuer à l-amélioration des procédures et à l-utilisation efficace des ressources, dans le respect des standards de qualité et des règles de sécurité et d-environnement.
  • Apporter ponctuellement un soutien aux équipes sur le terrain pour assurer la continuité du service.

 

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • CFC d-employé de commerce ou formation administrative équivalente.
  • Expérience administrative, complétée par une expérience en restauration.
  • Bonne maîtrise d-Excel et de Word, aisance avec les tableaux de suivi et les données chiffrées.
  • Rigueur, sens de l-organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes en autonomie.
  • Bon relationnel, esprit d-équipe et goût pour un travail alternant administration et présence sur le terrain.
