Depuis plus de 30 ans, \& SA accompagne ses clients sur la Riviera vaudoise avec professionnalisme et proximité. Reconnue pour la qualité de ses prestations et forte de son rattachement au groupe Comptoir Immobilier depuis 2015, notre régie souhaite compléter son service de gérance.

A cet effet, nous recherchons, pour notre siège à Montreux, un(e) :

Assistant.e gérance / Réceptionniste 360° ============================================

Taux activité : 100%

Vos responsabilités principales

Vous assistez un gérant dans la gestion quotidienne d’une partie de son portefeuille et accueillez la clientèle à la réception et la centrale téléphonique, soit :

  • Gestion du secrétariat technique et location d’un portefeuille adapté
  • Gestion des relocations d’appartements, rédaction et publications des annonces
  • Contact avec les propriétaires, concierges, locataires, fournisseurs
  • Suivi des décomptes de sortie locataires
  • Etablissement des baux à loyer, avenants, hausses et baisses de loyer
  • Tenue de l’agenda et fixation des rendez\-vous
  • Traitement administratif des factures et refacturations
  • Gestion des appels téléphonique de notre centrale téléphonique
  • Gestion du stock des fournitures de bureau
  • Gestion de la réception et de l’envoi du courrier postal
  • Réception et accueil téléphonique de la clientèle

Votre profil

  • CFC d'employé.e de commerce ou titre équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion administrative d’un service de gérance indispensable
  • Bonnes connaissances du droit du bail et de la technique du bâtiment
  • Excellente rédaction et orthographe de la langue française
  • Apte à travailler de manière autonome (sous la supervision d’un.e gérant.e d’immeubles)
  • Connaissance de Quorum, un atout
  • Esprit d’équipe, sens des responsabilités, sens du service à la clientèle
