Assistant(e) juridique 50% en partage de poste

Nous sommes un cabinet international spécialisé en droit économique et fiscal, avec des bureaux à Zurich et Zug, parfaitement connecté et solidement ancré dans l'économie suisse. Pour notre site de Zurich, nous recherchons dès le 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord un(e) assistant(e) juridique motivé(e) à 50%.

Vos tâches :

  • Vous gérez, conjointement avec une autre personne, le secrétariat d-un consultant actif dans les domaines du droit bancaire, du droit des sociétés et de la planification successorale, et le soutenez dans les affaires administratives ainsi que dans les démarches auprès des tribunaux et autorités.
  • Vous rédigez la correspondance et les factures selon modèle en allemand et en anglais.
  • Vous êtes responsable de la facturation et de la gestion des adresses.
  • Vous êtes en contact avec les clients et les autorités, et organisez et supervisez les réunions.

Vos qualifications :

  • Vous disposez d-une formation commerciale de base ou êtes en cours d-études, de préférence en droit.
  • Vous maîtrisez les programmes Microsoft Office courants.
  • Vous communiquez avec aisance en allemand et parlez anglais à un niveau avancé.
  • Vous êtes proactif(ve), flexible, serviable et réfléchi(e). De plus, vous appréciez le contact avec les clients et les collaborateurs et gardez votre humour même en période de stress.
  • Une expérience professionnelle dans une fonction comparable est un atout.
