À ce poste, sous la supervision du responsable du service location, vous assurerez le traitement administratif et commercial des dossiers liés à la location des objets du portefeuille qui vous sera confié.

En contact régulier avec les locataires, candidats, propriétaires et autres partenaires, vous assurerez notamment le traitement des résiliations, le suivi de la relocation des objets vacants, le traitement des candidatures ainsi que l-établissement des baux, dans le respect des procédures internes, des directives de nos clients propriétaires et des dispositions légales applicables.

 

Vos tâches

  • assurer le secrétariat téléphonique et l-accueil physique du service, ainsi que la gestion administrative des dossiers locataires
  • traiter les résiliations ordinaires et anticipées et assurer leur suivi, conformément aux procédures internes, aux directives des propriétaires et aux dispositions applicables
  • assurer la commercialisation et la relocation des appartements, locaux commerciaux et objets secondaires vacants, notamment par la rédaction et la publication des annonces
  • réceptionner, contrôler et analyser les dossiers de candidature et proposer les dossiers répondant aux critères définis, y compris dans le cadre de logements subventionnés
  • établir les baux et autres documents contractuels en tenant compte des spécificités liées aux différents types d-objets et régimes applicables
  • collaborer avec les différents services de la régie et participer au bon fonctionnement et à la continuité du service, notamment par la transmission des informations utiles et le remplacement des collaborateurs absents

Au travers de vos actions, vous contribuerez à la qualité de nos prestations et au développement de l-image de notre Société.

 

Votre profil

  • titulaire d-un CFC d-employé(e) de commerce ou d-une formation jugée équivalente
  • au bénéfice d-une expérience dans une régie immobilière en qualité d-assistant location/de gérance
  • excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l-écrit qu-à l-oral
  • bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et du logiciel Quorum
  • personne rigoureuse et organisée, disposant d-une bonne aisance relationnelle
  • de nationalité suisse ou au bénéfice d-un permis valable
