Notre centre de la douleur, rattaché à l'anesthésie, étend son offre au domaine de la rhumatologie. Pour soutenir notre nouveau rhumatologue qui entrera en fonction le 01.01.2027, nous recherchons une personne engagée et autonome

Assistant(e) médical(e) 70% ###

Aimez-vous garder une vue d'ensemble, réfléchir et veiller en coulisses à ce que tout se passe sans accroc pour nos patient(e)s et notre corps médical ? Pour le secrétariat de l'anesthésie et du centre de la douleur, nous recherchons une personnalité qui, grâce à son talent organisationnel, son empathie et ses connaissances spécialisées, contribue à façonner notre quotidien en cabinet.

Votre défi ##

  • Organisation et préparation des consultations et thérapies pour les médecins et les infirmières de la douleur
  • Accueil et prise en charge de nos patient(e)s
  • Travail avec nos systèmes électroniques (CGM, Polypoint RAP, PEP, OPALE, lbiCare)
  • Enregistrement des prestations et archivage numérique des documents
  • Rédaction de rapports médicaux et travaux généraux de secrétariat
  • Informations téléphoniques et coordination
  • Possibilité d'assister lors de ponctions et infiltrations en rhumatologie
  • Possibilité d'élargir les activités cliniques, par exemple en rhumatologie
  • Remplacement mutuel pendant les congés au secrétariat de l'anesthésie

Votre profil ##

  • Formation achevée d'assistant(e) médical(e) ou FaGe avec affinité informatique
  • Bonnes connaissances de la terminologie médicale
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Bonnes compétences en informatique
  • Mode de travail organisé, autonome et structuré
  • Personnalité motivée et réfléchie, reconnue pour son esprit d'équipe
