The posting

Responsabilités

  • Assurer l-accueil des patients et la gestion des appels téléphoniques.
  • Organiser la prise de rendez-vous et assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers médicaux.
  • Rédiger et traiter la correspondance médicale en lien avec l-activité du service.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les pédiatres pour assurer une prise en charge optimale des patients.
  • Assistanat lors de certaines consultations pédiatriques : installer les patients, prendre les paramètres, préparation des vaccins, prise de sang.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d-assistant·e médical·e ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience indispensable en pédiatrie.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). Connaissance des logiciels SIC RAP et Pulse Medica un avantage.
  • Maitrise de la langue française et de la terminologie médicale.
  • Sens aigu de l-organisation, de l-adaptabilité et de l-autonomie.
  • De nature calme et attentive, vous vous exprimez avec éloquence.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à gérer des situations sensibles avec empathie et professionnalisme.
  • Flexibilité sur les sites de Delémont et Porrentruy.
