Rattaché au service médico-administratif, le secrétariat de rhumatologie est composé d-assistant·e·s médicaux·les et de collaborateur·trice·s médico-administratif·ve·s. L-équipe traite tout le volet administratif et l-assistant pour l-ensemble des médecins du service de rhumatolgie. Les assistant·e·s médicaux·les sont également amené·e·s à réaliser les examens de densitométrie osseuse sur le site du Val-de-Ruz.

Vos missions

  • Gestes techniques liés à l-activité de densitométrie osseuse
  • Préparation de la salle d-examen
  • Gestion des maintenances de la machine
  • Accueil physique et installation des patient·e·s
  • Gestion des appels téléphoniques et de l-agenda pour la prise de rendez-vous
  • Gestion administrative des dossiers des patient·e·s (admissions, convocations et transmissions des rapports d-examen)
  • Frappe et envoi des rapports médicaux

Votre profil

  • CFC d'assistant·e médical·e et certificat "Radiologie médicale : Extrémités et Thorax"
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans la réalisation des examens en radiologie médicale
  • Parfaite maîtrise de la langue française et de la terminologie médicale
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office)
