Pour l-EMS Sauvabelin, nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) en soins et santé communautaire à 80% pour des activités de jour uniquement, avec des horaires continus

Vous êtes passionné-e par les soins et l-accompagnement dans une approche personnalisée des résidants qui met l-accent sur le travail interdisciplinaire et l-intelligence collective ?

Votre mission au sein de nos équipes :

  • Assurer la réalisation, ainsi que la supervision des soins délégués par l-équipe d-infirmiers-ères
  • Accompagner les résidants dans les activités de la vie quotidienne
  • Assurer une communication professionnelle envers tous les intervenants
  • Participer de manière active au travail interdisciplinaire, notamment au travers d-analyses de pratiques professionnelles animées par nos cadres infirmiers
  • Etre force de proposition en participant activement à l-amélioration des prestations de soins et d-accompagnement et à la conceptualisation de nouveaux projets

 En tant qu-ASSC, vous aurez également la possibilité de développer vos compétences au travers de deux axes, à choix :

  • Sur le plan clinique : devenir un-e professionnel-le référent-e auprès des familles et des proches
  • Sur le plan de la supervision d-équipe au niveau des soins : assurer la coordination des prestations et le développement des compétences des auxiliaires de santé

Votre profil :

  • CFC d-assistant-e en soins et santé communautaires
  • Une expérience en gériatrie, psychogériatrie ou en soins palliatifs constitue un atout
  • Vous appréciez les environnements interdisciplinaires et vous contribuez par vos aptitudes interpersonnelles à favoriser des échanges constructifs
  • Doté-e du sens de l-organisation et de la gestion des priorités, vous savez faire face à des situations variées et faites preuve d-entraide
  • Capacité à mobiliser et responsabiliser, aptitude à donner du feedback et à en recevoir
  • Vous avez à cœur d-enrichir vos compétences, tant cliniques que transverses, afin de vous développer et relever les défis du domaine des soins
