Assistant Finance \& Administration D/E 50 % (a) ----------------------------------------------------

Sie agieren als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Administration und Finanzen in diesem kleinen, familiären Team, stellen sicher, dass das Tagesgeschäft reibungslos läuft und arbeiten eng mit dem Head of Operations, dem CEO und dem Head of Finance zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeiten und Prüfen von Rechnungen, Zahlungen, Kreditkarten und Spesen
  • Zahlungsläufe vorbereiten, kontieren und erfassen in Abacus
  • Erstellen von Budgetübersichten und Präsentationen
  • Mithilfe bei Finanzkontrollen, Berichterstattung und Investmentprozessen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Kommunikation inkl. Webseiten Inhalte und Updates in WordPress
  • Office Management und allgemeine Büroorganisation (Post/Büromaterial, E\-Mails)
  • Optimierung und Digitalisierung (KI) von Abläufen und IT
  • Organisation von Sitzungen, Anlässen sowie Workshops

Ihr Profil:

  • Fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in Finanzen und Buchhaltung
  • Strukturierte, proaktive, teamorientierte und doch selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit digitalen Tools und Interesse an KI\-gestützten Hilfsmitteln
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gutes Englisch (mind. B2 Level)
