Tâches ##

  • Gérer la comptabilité débiteurs et créanciers, et le grand livre.
  • Effectuer des paiements, relances et conciliations de comptes.
  • Contribuer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles, et à l'analyse.

Compétences ##

  • Formation commerciale avec expérience en finance et comptabilité.
  • Compétences solides en MS Office et connaissance d'Abacus appréciée.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et orientée solutions.

Temps de travail : 60 % - 80 % / Lieu de travail : Interlaken ##

Nous recherchons pour compléter les services centraux à Interlaken, à partir du 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord, une personne motivée pour le poste d'Assistant financier (h,f,d).

Vos tâches

  • Tenue de la comptabilité clients et fournisseurs ainsi que saisie des pièces comptables principales
  • Exécution des paiements, gestion des relances et rapprochements de comptes
  • Rapprochement des comptes interentreprises avec les organisations touristiques locales
  • Participation aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ainsi qu'aux analyses
  • Soutien au contrôle de gestion et aux projets
  • Participation à l'amélioration et à la digitalisation des processus financiers
  • Tâches administratives dans le domaine financier et interlocuteur pour les services internes

Vos qualités

  • Formation commerciale de base avec formation complémentaire en tant que collaborateur(trice) en finance et comptabilité ou qualification équivalente
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en finance et comptabilité, idéalement dans une fonction polyvalente avec tâches clients, fournisseurs et comptabilité générale
  • Bonne compréhension des relations financières et pensée systémique développée à travers différentes unités organisationnelles et processus
  • Maîtrise assurée de MS Office
  • Bonne connaissance d'Abacus un atout
  • Travail autonome, précis et orienté solutions
  • Personnalité résistante, assertive et proactive
  • Allemand courant ainsi que connaissances en anglais
