Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recrutons : un/une assistant/e de gérance à 80%.

Vos futures missions et responsabilités

  • Assurer l’assistanat tant au niveau de la location que du technique
  • Effectuer le suivi des résiliations, l’administratif des travaux
  • Établir des baux à loyers
  • Gérer le suivi des sinistres
  • Organiser et gérer les états des lieux

Profil ------

Vous aujourd’hui …

  • Être titulaire d’un CFC d’employé/e de commerce ou d’une formation équivalente
  • Bénéficier d’une expérience d’au moins 2 ans au sein d’une agence immobilière en qualité d’assistant/e Gérance
  • Avoir le sens des priorités, doté/e d’un esprit d’initiative, désireux/euse de vous intégrer dans une équipe dynamique et motivée
  • Être une personne autonome et organisée
  • Avoir une aisance avec la clientèle et le respect du devoir de confidentialité
  • Maîtriser parfaitement le français et doté d’une excellente aisance rédactionnelle, connaissances de l’allemand et de l’anglais un atout
  • Maîtriser les outils bureautiques Microsoft Office.
