Introduction

Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.

Your Tasks

  • Gestion du standard téléphonique
  • Gestion des boites e\-mail du Customer Service
  • Transmission des résultats d'analyses
  • Rédaction et gestion de diverses correspondances
  • Traiter les réclamations provenant des cabinets, cliniques et hôpitaux
  • Conseiller les médecins sur les protocoles pré\-analytiques
  • Gestion des non\-conformités et les modifications de dossiers
  • Ajout d'analyses

Your Profile

  • Formation scientifique ou médicale (diplôme de technicien/ne de laboratoire ou assistante médicale)
  • Bonnes connaissances des analyses médicales courantes, des résultats types et des protocoles pré/analytiques
  • Connaissance approfondie des pratiques de cabinet médical et hospitalières avec une expérience minimum de 5 ans
  • Être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et faire preuve de rapidité
  • Bonne maîtrise orale et écrite du français
  • Anglais et/ou allemand serait un atout
  • Aisance au téléphone et entregent
  • Excellent sens du service clientèle et de l'écoute
  • Autonomie et initiative, solidarité dans le travail d'équipe
  • Résistance au stress
  • Gestion des priorités
  • Rigueur, soin et professionnalisme
  • Flexibilité car horaires irréguliers
