Wir verzaubern die Welt mit Schokolade! Die \& Sprüngli (Schweiz) AG ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der globalen \& Sprüngli Gruppe mit Hauptsitz und Produktionsstätte in Kilchberg am Zürichsee. Was du bei uns machst:

  • Team\- und Shopleitung in Abwesenheit des Shop Managers
  • Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung und bei der Erstellung von Schichtplänen
  • Erstklassige Verkaufsberatung unserer lokalen und internationalen Kundschaft
  • Merchandising der Verkaufsregale (inklusive Frischekontrollen)
  • Bedienung der Kasse
  • Mithilfe bei der Lagerführung
  • Mitverantwortung für den gesamten Ablauf des Shop\-Betriebs

Wann du zu uns passt:

  • Von Vorteil ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Detailhandelsfachfrau/\-fachmann EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2\-3 Jahre Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Überzeugende Verkaufspersönlichkeit mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung
  • Zeitlich flexibel und bereit, auch Wochenendeinsätze zu übernehmen
  • Teamfähige, engagierte und offene Persönlichkeit
  • Leidenschaft für unsere Premium\-Schokolade und für die Liebe zum Detail
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie eine freundliche und proaktive Wesensart
