En raison d’un départ, la Municipalité de Saint\-Imier met au concours un poste d’

assistant social et curateur professionnel à 80% (H/F)

Tâches principales :

  • Accompagner et élaborer des solutions dans des situations personnelles et familiales délicates ;
  • Conseiller et accompagner les bénéficiaires dans le cadre de l’aide sociale ;
  • Apporter une aide matérielle, administrative et sociale adaptée aux situations rencontrées ;
  • Assurer la gestion de mandats de curatelle pour mineurs et adultes ;
  • Réaliser des enquêtes sociales ;
  • Développer et entretenir une collaboration active avec les différents partenaires du réseau ;
  • Assurer un rôle de conseil et de prévention.

Profil recherché :

  • Titulaire d’un diplôme d’une école spécialisée en travail social et une expérience au sein d’un service social est souhaitée ;
  • Excellent sens des relations humaines et bonnes capacités de négociation ;
  • Endurance et capacité à faire face à des situations complexes ;
  • Grande autonomie dans l’organisation et le suivi du travail ;
  • Excellentes compétences administratives et comptables ;
  • Bonne maîtrise du domaine des assurances sociales ;
  • Intérêt marqué pour le travail en réseau ;
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
  • Maîtrise de l’allemand ou d’autres langues, un atout ;
  • Connaissance du logiciel Tutoris, un atout ;
  • Permis de conduire de catégorie B.
