Pour notre siège à Rive, nous recherchons aujourd'hui un Assistant Technique.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Assister le technicien dans la gestion technique d'un portefeuille d'immeubles ;
  • Etablir des bons de travaux ;
  • Effectuer et suivre les déclarations de sinistres ;
  • Imputer les factures ;
  • Relations générales avec les locataires, concierges et différents prestataires de services ;
  • Traiter la correspondance courante ;
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques.

Votre profil :

  • CFC d'employé de commerce, ou équivalent ;
  • Expérience réussie d’au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire en Suisse ;
  • Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et orthographe ;
  • Bonnes facultés de compréhension, d'adaptation et d'analyse ;
  • Précis, proactif, rigoureux et autonome ;
  • De caractère agréable avec un bel esprit d'équipe ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels, notamment Excel.
