Assistante administrative immobilier (F/H/D) Tu aimes les journées qui passent vite, les dossiers variés et les responsabilités concrètes ? Entre suivi administratif, coordination des activités et contrôle des documents, tu gardes toujours un coup d'avance et contribues directement à la bonne gestion de notre patrimoine. \*\*Remarques importantes:\*\* L'utilisation du féminin vise la simplicité, mais notre recrutement est ouvert à tous et à toutes. ### Ce que tu accomplis \* Tu prépares les documents contractuels, mets à jour les contrats et les avenants, puis assures le suivi administratif afin que chaque dossier reste complet et conforme. \* Tu relis les baux commerciaux avec attention, vérifies les informations importantes, identifies les éventuelles incohérences et proposes les corrections nécessaires. \* Tu gères les demandes des locataires et des partenaires, apportes les réponses de premier niveau et assures un suivi rigoureux des dossiers en cours. \* Tu coordonnes les échanges entre les gestionnaires, les locataires, les entreprises et les services internes afin que les informations circulent efficacement. \* Tu organises les séances, tiens les agendas à jour et apportes un soutien administratif quotidien qui permet à l'équipe de rester concentrée sur ses priorités. \* Tu jongles entre plusieurs sujets simultanément, suis les échéances et gardes le contrôle des actions en cours pour que rien ne passe entre les mailles du filet. ### Ce que tu apportes \* Bildung: Apprentissage professionnel achevé (CFC) \* Spécialisation: employer de commerce . \* Expérience professionnelle: 2 ans d'expérience minimum dans le domaine de la gestion immobilière (régie) \* Tu possèdes une expérience dans l'immobilier suisse et tu connais les règles qui encadrent les baux commerciaux. Tu évolues avec assurance dans cet environnement. \* Tu fais preuve d'une grande organisation et sais passer d'un dossier à l'autre sans perdre en qualité. Même sous pression, tu gardes le cap et le sens des priorités. \* Tu travailles de manière autonome, prends des initiatives et trouves des solutions concrètes.
