Nous recherchons un(e) :

Assistant(e) en Communication et Marketing (ref : 326) #

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) en Marketing et Communication pour un CDD de 6 mois, à compter de début décembre 2026.

L'Assistant(e) en Communication et Marketing seconde la Responsable MarCom afin de garantir la bonne exécution de la stratégie de communication et marketing du groupe SPG et de ses différentes entités, initiatives et évènements.

Vos responsabilités : ##

  • Gérer et participer à des projets de communication du groupe et de ses entités (préparation de supports de communication print, publication d'annonces dans les journaux, coordination avec les prestataires externes sur différents projets, création et gestion de newsletters digitales, etc.),
  • Assurer le fonctionnement administratif du service communication (gestion des boites e-mails, traitement des factures et gestion des traductions),
  • Garantir le maintien à jour des sites web du groupe et de ses entités en collaboration avec l'IT,
  • Assurer le suivi des annonces et insertions publicitaires dans les différents médias,
  • Participer à la rédaction, à l'adaptation et à la publication de contenus pour les différents supports de communication,
  • Apporter un soutien opérationnel aux différents services et entités du groupe dans le cadre de leurs besoins en marketing et communication,
  • Gérer ou participer à l'organisation d'évènements pour le groupe et ses entités,
  • Gérer la communication interne aux collaborateurs et de l'e-réputation du groupe.

Expériences et compétences requises : ##

  • Une expérience en assistanat et/ou en communication réussie
  • Diplôme en communication
  • Excellent niveau de français (orthographe et syntaxe)
  • Sens du service et flexibilité
  • Autonomie et grande capacité d'organisation
