Assistante médicale / Infirmière/ ASSC Poste fixe 80 à 100%

Centre médical regroupant plusieurs médecins et spécialités, recherchant un professionnel de santé polyvalent capable d'assurer à la fois des activités cliniques et administratives. La personne jouera un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement du centre, la qualité de l'accueil des patients et le soutien des médecins.

Responsabilités

  • Accueil et prise en charge des patients.
  • Assistance aux consultations médicales.
  • Réalisation des prises de sang et prélèvements.
  • Gestion et réalisation des analyses de laboratoire courantes.
  • Pose et surveillance des perfusions selon les compétences.
  • Préparation des salles de consultation.
  • Gestion du matériel médical et des stocks.
  • Réalisation des radiographies conventionnelles (fortement appréciée).
  • Accueil physique et téléphonique des patients.
  • Gestion des agendas de plusieurs médecins.
  • Planification et coordination des rendez\-vous.
  • Gestion des dossiers patients.
  • Traitement du courrier médical et administratif.
  • Saisie et suivi administratif dans le système informatique.
  • Coordination avec les assurances, laboratoires et autres partenaires médicaux.
  • Accompagnement et encadrement d'apprenti(e)s assistants médicaux.
  • Participation à la transmission des bonnes pratiques au sein du centre.

Profil

  • CFC d'assistante médicale avec autorisation de radiologie ou
  • Bachelor HES en soins infirmiers ou titre jugé équivalent ou
  • CFC d'ASSC avec expérience pertinente en milieu ambulatoire, hôpitaux, cliniques
  • Expérience confirmée dans un cabinet médical ou un centre médical.
  • Aisance dans la prise en charge de patients de différentes spécialités.
  • Expérience dans un environnement multidisciplinaire appréciée.
  • Maîtrise des prises de sang.
  • Maîtrise des analyses de laboratoire courantes.
  • Radiologie conventionnelle fortement appréciée.
  • Gestion des perfusions (pour les profils infirmiers ou ASSC).
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques médicaux.
  • Connaissance d'Axenita constitue un réel atout.
  • Sens de l'organisation et des priorités.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles.
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité.
  • Esprit d'équipe et collaboration.Autonomie et polyvalence
